Can I use the same account for multiple programs?
Yes. If you enrol in more than one program with Userve, you’ll use the same login details for all of them. There’s no need to create a new account each time.
Once you're signed in, just head to your dashboard and select the program you want to work on. Your progress is saved separately for each program, so you can switch between them as needed.
Do I need any special software to complete the training?
No special software is required. All you need is a device with internet access and a modern web browser. A PDF reader is recommended for accessing resources and downloading your certificate. Everything is done online, so there’s nothing to install - just log in and start learning.
Will my progress be saved if I log out or switch devices?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically as you go, so you can pick up right where you left off. You can log in from any device such as a computer, tablet or phone, and continue the program without losing your place. This makes it easy to learn in short sessions or across multiple days, depending on your schedule.
Can I retake the final exam if I don’t pass the first time?
Yes. You’ll have unlimited attempts at the final exam, so there’s no pressure if you don’t pass on your first try. You can review the material, try again, and progress at your own pace. Each exam attempt gives you a fresh opportunity to apply what you’ve learned. Many learners find that their confidence improves with each try.
How quickly can I get certified after finishing the program?
Most learners receive their certificate by email within an hour of passing the final exam. There’s no delay - you can download, save, or print it right away. If you're short on time, it’s possible to complete the entire program and get certified in a single day. Or take longer if that works better for you.
Is my certificate valid for more than one job or employer?
Yes. Once certified, your certificate is yours to use across jobs and workplaces. It meets legal training standards in all provinces and territories*. You can print it, email it, or upload it as needed - no re-certification required when changing employers.
